Submission
- Original, previously unpublished papers with scientific and technological contributions that have not been simultaneously submitted to another publication or conference are expected.
- Regular papers must be written in English and have a maximum length of six (6) printed pages, including figures.
If they are longer than 6 pages, the author must pay an additional price of Rs. 100 each paper. - Papers have to be formatted in the conference proceedings layout on A4 paper according to IEEE Template as follows:
conference_template - Authors of accepted papers should upload their final paper in PDF format through the below mentioned email ID. The PDF file must be compliance with IEEE eXpress PDF format.
- Only accepted and presented papers will be published in the NCFPC21 Conference Proceedings.

Camera-Ready Submission
- Following acceptance, at least one of the manuscript’s authors must attend the conference and present the paper according to the conference schedule.
- Your accepted paper will not be considered for submission of the proceedings if the presenter is unable to attend the conference for any reason.
- To upload the finished manuscript, at least one of the authors indicated on the paper must register for NCFPC21.
- The final manuscript must be written in accordance with the reviewers’ remarks, as well as the final paper format and IEEE PDF compliance.
- Only papers that have been amended in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewer(s) will be considered for inclusion in the final proceedings.
